Chief Executive Officer Mark Pick has been in the business over twenty years and is well renowned in the Pick/MultiValue marketplace. Mark holds various certifications in computer sales and has many times received honors for his dedicated and exceptional work in the Pick/MultiValue community. He is the current President of the California Database Management Association (CDBMA). Mark brings invaluable experience in sales, marketing and management to HIT.
Chief Technology Officer Erik Swenson began his career in the early 1990’s and is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). Erik has earned several prestigious certifications in the computer systems industry. Along with his “customer first focus”, Erik brings knowledge and expertise in Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, SurfControl and Pick/MultiValue products.
Chief Operating Officer Mike Parra began his career in the early 1990’s and has excelled in the areas of sales and customer service. In 1994, Mike earned a B.A. from Cal State University at Long Beach. Mike has a proven track record of success in every position he has held and excels in developing client accounts. His experience in improving customer relations and implementing business process enhancements are great assets Mike brings to HIT.
